Summary
The First Democratic Constitution of Ghana
- Creates true democracy, which means, it leaves ACTIVE control of the state to citizens. That is, it ensures citizens no longer have to beg politicians to do what is right or needed, as citizens retain the power to pursue what they need, how they need it, anytime, allowing for any and all experts in the country to contribute directly to governance;
- Further improves democracy by revolutionising the legislative process to be more intellectual, and to more properly manage differences of opinion or dissent;
- Improves the development planning process remarkably, for more participation, coordination and expertise, towards stronger, faster and wider economic growth and development;
- Improves the structure of government, towards a cleaner and more efficient set of institutions;
- Completely eliminates mass party politics as we know it, along with its associated toxicity;
- Stands to easily eliminate corruption in all its forms, through new and more powerful systems and institutions; and
- Much more, and ultimately pushes us towards better international governance.
